What You’ll Do

• ✅ Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding service
• ✅ Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• ✅ Deliver food and beverages with a sense of urgency and care
• ✅ Offer menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate
• ✅ Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly
• ✅ Work as a team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• ✅ Handle payments and operate the POS system correctly
• ✅ Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• ✔️ Prior serving experience required, 3+ years
• ✔️ Strong communication and multitasking skills
• ✔️ Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ✔️ Weekend and evening availability required
• ✔️ Extensive wine and classic cocktail knowledge
• ✔️ TABC and Food Handler certifications (or willing to obtain)
