Housekeeping

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and reporting any safety hazards to the homeowner or manager in charge . They must complete tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash cans, dusting shelves, cleaning windows, and mopping floors.

• Age of Patient Population Served: Adult (18 & older)
• Population Served: Persons meeting DSM5 criteria for substance use disorders with or without co-occurring psychiatric illness

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained. Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Clean and stock restrooms. Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. Collect and dispose of trash.
• Empties trash and recycling containers
