Sr Mechanical Engineer

The Sr. Mechanical Engineer is a subject matter expert in their field and within the organization. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer identifies and resolves technical issues which typically have significant impact to the company and leads projects of notable organizational profile within the Mechanical function. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer takes responsibility for the identification, planning, and execution of mechanical design projects in support of Vertiv’s global Lines of Business. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer is responsible for defining projects, negotiating priorities, scheduling tasks, and reporting to senior leadership on progress for a matrix-managed team of Mechanical Engineers.
