WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Build and own the end-to-end recruiting pipeline for all Higgsfield hiring needs — from sourcing to closing.
- Hire elite software engineers, ML researchers, AI engineers, and prompt engineers, as well as key roles across product, operations, growth, and business functions.
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Ashby, or similar platforms to identify and engage top candidates.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach both technical and non-technical passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Partner with founders and leadership to understand requirements across functions and design recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Craft and deliver compelling narratives that sell Higgsfield’s mission and vision to world-class talent across disciplines.
- Create a repeatable, scalable recruiting process as the company grows into a global leader.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- Proven experience recruiting AI/ML/SWE/Growth/Product/Ops/Design talent at the highest level (top-tier companies or startups).
- Deep understanding of SWE, LLMs, machine learning, and AI talent profiles.
- Demonstrated success in building technical teams from scratch.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with senior engineers and researchers.
- Excellent written and spoken English fluency.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Ashby, or similar recruiting tools.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience recruiting in fast-scaling startups or teams.
- A strong network in the Kazakhstan and global talent ecosystem across engineering, design, product, growth, and operations.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking for top engineering and research talent.
- Exposure to employer branding and candidate experience design.
