About The Role

This is not a traditional Controller position. • Translate business questions into robust dashboards and self-service analytics to service business stakeholders such as the retail management organization and the logistics team in collaboration with the respective finance business partners
  • Continuously improve our planning process by maintaining and further developing data models and process flows in our enterprise planning solution “Pigment”.
  • Bridge and reconcile data across systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Pigment and Looker to increase alignment between business stakeholders by working towards a harmonized KPI framework
  • Reduce reliance on Excel by building structured, reliable reporting layers in the aforementioned toolset
  • Act as a key interface between Finance, Data, and Engineering teams

Who you are

  • 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Data Analytics
  • Masters in Finance, Economics, and/or STEM is a nice to have
  • Strong interest in data, systems, and process improvement
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (ideally Looker) is a must and enterprise planning software (e.g. Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning)
  • Proven ability to work with data models and process automation
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights
