Relevant University degree

Extensive experience in extracting data from data warehouse and create reports

Experience from driving system requirements from a business perspective

Experience from dealer ordering process

Strong analytical skills, be able to see trends and deviations in complex data, analyze information and draw conclusions

Presentation skills, able to logically and convincingly present information, plans and initiatives for acceptance and decision

Service minded with a positive attitude and able to build relations

JOB SUMMARY

As global owner of the Volvo CE Attachments business, the drive for continuous improvements to increase the business is a central task for the team. You will be the Key User for GRIP which is the central system we have for business plan, forecast and follow up of the attachments business. You will have an important role in supporting colleagues and stakeholders with statistics, analysis and reports. You will also be the Key User for systems related to dealer ordering process.

As Key User you drive for efficient systems with high quality and functionality supporting the business. You will need to involve and engage colleagues from other functions globally and practice your good leadership skills.

MAIN TASKS

Key User for GRIP, drive for system efficiency and functionality with quality, fulfilling user needs

Develop efficient analysis tools

Analyze KPIs and PIs per region/ dealer/ attachment type and drive for actions to close deviations from targets

Analyze and follow up of business results to find business improvement potentials

Manage ad hoc statistics and business data analyses

Manage and develop the dealer attachments ordering process and related systems
