About the role

We are looking for an Entry Level Leasing Officer and Administration to our Residential Property Management Team to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Entry Level Leasing Officer and Administration, you will provide administrative and customer service support to our Property Management team while assisting with the leasing of residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in real estate, gain industry experience, and learn from a supportive and experienced team. Responsibilities

You will support the Property Management team and contribute to the successful management of residential properties by

  • Providing administrative support to Property Managers and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Assisting with leasing activities, including organising and conducting property viewings and responding to rental enquiries.
  • Building positive relationships with prospective tenants, landlords, and contractors through professional and timely communication.
  • Preparing and processing tenancy documentation, lease agreements, and application paperwork.
  • Maintaining accurate property and tenant records within agency systems.
  • Coordinating routine inspections and assisting with inspection administration and follow-up tasks.
  • Supporting tenant and landlord enquiries and directing requests to the appropriate Property Manager.
  • Assisting with rent arrears reporting, invoicing, and general property management administration.
  • Contributing to a positive team environment while learning all aspects of residential property management.

To succeed at Elders, you

  • No previous industry experience required.
  • Obtain a Property Representative Licence – we will support you through this
  • Hold a current driver’s licence
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
  • Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
