Senior Engineer Curing

• Responsible for Implement the FMEA, Control Plan and WI with reference of Central POMS requirement.
• Ensure the Green tire quality with daily audit
• Disposition of Held up Carcass and  Green Tire.
• Ensure the Product and Machine quality through daily PoMS compliance audit.
• Raise quality alert related to Local and Central issue
• Provide support to Product Industrilisation department related to develop any new article.
• Ensure the Exact scrap quantity posting in SAP and MVTS . This help to find out the exact scrap quantity.
• Communication with team related with any abnormalities .
• Ensure the follow up of the action plan decided to reduce the Scrap 3 & Scrap 4 and Scrap 6
• Cpk study of component as per process requirement.

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in curing/uniformity or tire manufacturing (preferred).

• 1-2  years of experience in the Tire Industry or circa  1-2  years of experience other manufacturing business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a committed team player eager to work in a multicultural environment.

• Open minded and ambitious personality, high operational readiness
• Passion for the automotive industry
