About The Role
To support the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes that ensure accurate and timely reporting for internal stakeholders and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on strengthening internal controls, driving continuous improvement, and managing revenue analysis, customer financials, and costing activities to support business decision-making.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and analyze monthly sales and revenue reports; support statutory and corporate audits
- Manage customer costing, transfer pricing, and revenue tracking; handle debit/credit notes
- Develop and maintain loss dashboards and perform variance analysis
- Update BOMs/recipes, create new product codes, and support product costing in ERP systems
- Conduct periodic inventory verification
What you need to succeed
- CMA (Certified Management Accountant) with 5+ years of experience in the dairy industry
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in financial analysis and costing
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to independently manage stakeholder coordination
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- For internal candidates: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the current role
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%
