About The Role

  1. Supports the creation of schedule configuration options
  2. Assigns partner schedules to meet operational needs while considering payroll impacts and labor planning implications
  3. Experience using Kronos, Workday or other Workforce Management/HCM systems
  4. Support payroll processing activities to ensure accurate and timely employee payments
  5. Maintain payroll and HR records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
  6. Respond to employee payroll and HR inquiries and resolve routine discrepancies
  7. Assist with recruitment administration, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
  8. Support onboarding activities, including documentation, inductions, and system setup
  9. Maintain employee files and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date
  10. Assist with preparation of HR and payroll reports for leadership
  11. Support administration of HR policies, procedures, and standard forms
  12. Assist HR team members with employee relations documentation and case administration
  13. Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and confidentiality
  14. Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace environment
  15. Perform additional HR administrative or support tasks as assigned
  • What you need to succeed
  • o Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering)
  • o 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, payroll support, or general administrative roles
  • o Experience supporting payroll processes or working with payroll systems
  • o Basic understanding of HR practices, employee records, and data confidentiality
  • o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • o Proficiency with standard office software and HR or payroll systems
  • o Ability to manage routine administrative tasks and meet deadlines
  • o Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • o Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
