Looking to take the next step in your Business Analyst career?

As our new Regional Business Planning Analyst, you'll partner with business leaders and Toyota Dealers across the Central Region to help drive commercial performance through data, insights, and strategic planning.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful business recommendations while building strong stakeholder relationships and developing their commercial acumen.

How you'll make an impact

  • Supercharge Dealer Performance : You’ll track and report on how our Dealers are performing, giving regional leaders and owners the insights and blueprints they need to plan, review, and reinvest with confidence, whilst uncovering risks and growth opportunities along the way.
  • Innovate the Playbook: You’ll help build, tweak, and level up our financial reporting systems and business processes, ensuring Franchise Development standards stay best in class and continuously improve.
  • Be the Data Whisperer: You’ll turn complex data into clear, compelling reports and presentations, helping to find the story whilst enabling smart, high-level business decisions.
  • Spot the Next Big Thing: By keeping a close eye on financial activity, you’ll act as an early warning system for risks and a talent scout for hidden growth opportunities.
  • Connect the Crew : You’ll be the go to for finance and business queries, keeping stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned while helping run vibrant Franchise Development forums.

Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you!

  • A Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Around 2–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, financial analysis, reporting, accounting, or a related area
  • Experience in management accounting with financial systems knowledge
  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and business recommendations
  • Experience coordinating projects or working across multiple teams
  • Experience in data analysis and interpreting numerical trends
  • Experience with collaboration and communication across various levels within an organisation
  • Understanding of Dealer operations or the automotive industry (desirable but not essential)
