About The Role

FOUNDING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

CYBRET AI

CYBRET AI is building an AI-native cybersecurity platform designed to reason, prioritize, and act autonomously. We are replacing fragmented security tooling with intelligent systems built for modern organizations.

We are looking for a Founding Account Executive who will do far more than close deals. This role will build the foundation of CYBRET AI’s entire sales motion.

This is a rare opportunity to define how a category-defining security company sells, scales, and wins its first major customers.

THE ROLE

As Founding Account Executive, you will own early revenue end-to-end and help design CYBRET AI’s go-to-market engine from scratch. You will work directly with the founder, product, and engineering to turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable sales motion.

You will sell, but you will also build.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue & Customers

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
  • Work closely with technical founders to sell a complex AI and cybersecurity product
  • Develop deep relationships with early customers and design partners
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and feed insights back into product and roadmap

Sales Foundation

  • Define and document CYBRET AI’s sales process, messaging, and qualification framework
  • Help shape pricing, packaging, and contract structures
  • Build the first playbooks for outbound, inbound, and partner-led sales
  • Lay the groundwork for future sales channels and partnerships

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Collaborate on ICP definition, buyer personas, and market segmentation
  • Experiment with different sales motions across startups, scaleups, and enterprises
  • Help position CYBRET AI clearly against incumbents and emerging competitors

Team Building

  • Hire, mentor, and scale the future sales team as the company grows
  • Help define roles, compensation models, and performance metrics
  • Set the standard for sales culture, professionalism, and execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud, or developer-focused products
  • Comfortable selling complex, technical solutions to technical and executive buyers
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate without existing structure
  • Experience building or scaling early-stage sales motions is a major plus
  • Strong communication skills and credibility with security, engineering, and leadership teams
  • Ambition to grow into a Head of Sales or commercial leadership role
  • Cybersecurity experience is a strong bonus, but not a hard requirement if you learn fast and think clearly.
