Talent Management Officer – Process optimisation and workforce planning

Deadline for application: 2 September 2026. We are looking for a Talent Management Officer to contribute to the implementation of strategic workforce planning processes and digital talent solutions, to review and enhance talent management processes, and to support the execution of a broad range of talent management activities across the employee lifecycle. While the role spans the full breadth of talent management activities, it has a particular focus on the growing and strategically important area of workforce planning.
