Technical Director - Process Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Process Design & Optimization: Develop and implement treatment solutions, including biological, chemical, and physical processes .
• Troubleshooting & Performance: Conduct plant audits, analyze data, and provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize plant performance.
• Documentation: Prepare process calculations, mass balances, equipment specifications, and technical reports.
• Project Support: Support plant commissioning, pilot studies, and capital improvement projects.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• As a minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry and treatment technologies.
• Experience with CAD software and process modeling software.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to grow a new service line, drawing on existing relationships.
