Outbound Supervisor/Shipping Supervisor-Subang Jaya

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance and productivity targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, or operational bottlenecks.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software to track inventory and generate reports.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (e.g., productivity, error rates, inventory levels).
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods, especially temperature-sensitive or hazardous materials (if applicable); recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in using WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.).
• Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
