About The Role
Workster is partnering with a leading travel and tourism service provider who are recruiting Greek-speaking Travel Consultants for their international customer service centre in Poland.
Your Role
- -
- Provide high-quality travel advice and customer service to Greek-speaking clients via phone, email and live chat, ensuring clear, professional and timely communication.
- -
- Assist customers with travel bookings including flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and packages, following company policies and supplier procedures.
- -
- Handle enquiries, amendments and cancellations accurately, resolving issues and escalating complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
- -
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in the CRM/reservation system, ensuring data protection and quality standards are met.
- -
- Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to confirm availability, rates and changes, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- -
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process or product enhancements.
- -
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including sales, quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
- -
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions and best practices.
- -
- Work in a shift rotation, including occasional evenings or weekends, to support business hours and peak travel demand.
Your Qualifications
- -
- Native or fluent in Greek (C1 level) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- -
- Fluent in English (minimum B2) to communicate with colleagues and access training materials; additional languages are an advantage.
- -
- Previous experience in travel consultancy, reservations, customer support or a related client-facing role is preferred.
- -
- Strong sales orientation, attention to detail and ability to upsell suitable products and services where appropriate.
- -
- Good computer literacy and experience using GDS, booking platforms or CRM systems is desirable.
- -
- Excellent problem-solving skills, empathy and the ability to manage challenging conversations professionally.
- -
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- -
- Willingness to work in shift rotations and occasional extended hours as required.
