Legal & Corporate Secretarial Support– ASPAC 5 countries, + IN (+ 10+ Indirect Markets)

Contract review, redlining, and comparison, Copy Reviews (450+ low-risk documents annually)

Drafting addendums, routine correspondence, summaries, NDAs, and internal memos under supervision.

Corporate secretarial support: Board Meeting scheduling, statutory filings, entity records.

Coordination with cross functional stakeholders

Document execution, notarization, and legalization workflow coordination

AI & Technology Enablement

Work with AI tools within the department (contract automation, research).

Administrative & Operational

  • Preparation of reports, presentations, and budget trackers for the legal team.
  • Coordination of external counsel engagements and invoice management.
  • Maintenance of contract templates, and legal databases.
  • Minimum requirement-
  • Fresh Law Graduate OR
  • Pursuing an LLB/CS degree, OR
  • 6–12 months of experience in a legal, compliance, or corporate secretarial role.
  • Strong written English is required.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in a professional context is preferred, as the role will support the department's ongoing legal-tech initiatives.
