What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA study management across multiple client projects
- Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables for internal teams
- Develop and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archives in compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage study timelines, budgets, forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
- Identify and mitigate study risks, proactively escalating issues and driving resolution
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration to meet contractual obligations
- Oversee equipment distribution and tracking to ensure timely study execution
- Apply structured problem-solving approaches to resolve client issues and maintain issue tracking documentation
- Present study services at investigator meetings and support client discussions alongside Business Development and Operations teams
- Support onboarding and training of new Project Management team members as needed
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related field
- 1–4 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical or related industry
- Understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on responsiveness and customer service
- Ability to identify risks and drive proactive problem resolution
- Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 20% as required
