Key Responsibilities

  • Telephone selling to reach out to potential clients through cold calls both new corporate and individual customer
  • Demonstrate how our products can best address client needs
  • Explore a new markets and business opportunities in order to sell products and services
  • Use pre-written scripts to showcase our products to possible customers, learning what their needs are and keeping the customer engaged
  • Keep standard of the communication and secure sales an appointment for sales team to follow-up
  • Update and record the customer information in a database.
  • Create daily sales report and update

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Telesales
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, adaptability and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Proactive and target oriented
