Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead our telesales team in Malaysia KL. You will drive daily performance, coach agents to hit KPIs, improve conversion rates, and ensure high-quality, compliant customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day telesales operations to achieve targets (leads, conversion, revenue, quality)
- Coach, train, and motivate agents; run team huddles and performance reviews
- Ensure excellent lead handling, call discipline, and adherence to call scripts/processes
- Monitor calls and conduct quality assurance (QA); identify gaps and drive improvements
- Manage pipeline updates and reporting (CRM hygiene, forecasts, pipeline progression)
- Handle escalations and support deal progression when required
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience managing telesales teams (preferred B2B)
- Strong understanding of telesales KPIs and sales funnels
- Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Experience with call monitoring/QA is an advantage
