What you'll be doing

• Own finance in Brazil, keeping everything accurate, compliant and under control
• Turn financial data into clear insights that guide confident decisions
• Partner with teams across the business to drive performance and growth
• Lead reporting, budgeting and forecasting with clarity and precision
• Keep a close grip on cash flow and working capital
• Strengthen core processes across billing, payments and payroll
• Support commercial decisions with strong financial thinking
• Improve systems and find smarter, more efficient ways to work
• Act as the key connection between Brazil and global teams

Who we're looking for

• A qualified finance manager with experience in fast moving or international businesses
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian compliance, tax and regulation
• Commercially minded with a clear understanding of how businesses grow
• Confident communicator who makes complex information simple
• Hands on, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Collaborative, relationship focused and influential
• Organised, adaptable and calm in a fast changing environment
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Curious, driven and always looking to improve
