What you'll be doing
Driving Commercial & Client Activity
- Support the MD across client development, proposals, and revenue-generating opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, pitches, and commercial proposals
- Join client meetings, contributing to discussions and managing follow-ups and next steps
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships
- Confidently engage clients via email and phone to progress opportunities
Supporting Sales & Strategy
- Prepare briefings, research, and insights ahead of client meetings
- Lead or support brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and campaign approaches
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Partnerships, and Account teams to develop best-in-class proposals
- Think proactively about new opportunities and revenue potential across clients
Execution & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end coordination of proposals, contracts, and project handovers
- Ensure all processes, approvals, and timelines are followed and delivered to a high standard
- Track actions, follow-ups, and internal workflows to keep momentum across all projects
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support reporting
MD & Leadership Support
- Prepare key documents, presentations, and materials for senior meetings
- Attend internal and external meetings, taking ownership of minutes and action tracking
- Coordinate schedules, priorities, and deliverables to maximise efficiency
- Represent the MD in selected internal meetings where required
Who we're looking for
- Strong commercial mindset and sales awareness
- Experience in account management, strategy, or commercial roles
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver to a consistently high standard
