What you'll be doing

Driving Commercial & Client Activity

  • Support the MD across client development, proposals, and revenue-generating opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, pitches, and commercial proposals
  • Join client meetings, contributing to discussions and managing follow-ups and next steps
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships
  • Confidently engage clients via email and phone to progress opportunities

Supporting Sales & Strategy

  • Prepare briefings, research, and insights ahead of client meetings
  • Lead or support brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and campaign approaches
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Partnerships, and Account teams to develop best-in-class proposals
  • Think proactively about new opportunities and revenue potential across clients

Execution & Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end coordination of proposals, contracts, and project handovers
  • Ensure all processes, approvals, and timelines are followed and delivered to a high standard
  • Track actions, follow-ups, and internal workflows to keep momentum across all projects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support reporting

MD & Leadership Support

  • Prepare key documents, presentations, and materials for senior meetings
  • Attend internal and external meetings, taking ownership of minutes and action tracking
  • Coordinate schedules, priorities, and deliverables to maximise efficiency
  • Represent the MD in selected internal meetings where required

Who we're looking for

  • Strong commercial mindset and sales awareness
  • Experience in account management, strategy, or commercial roles
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver to a consistently high standard
