What you'll be doing
- Owning and delivering a local B2B marketing strategy across online and offline channels
- Localising global campaigns: tailoring messaging, channels and tactics for maximum impact
- Creating and delivering local-first campaigns, from email and DM to events and sector activity
- Driving demand through the funnel with personalised campaigns and nurture journeys
- Leading TLC’s presence at relevant B2B events, before, during and after
- Working closely with Sales and Telemarketing to convert engagement into opportunities
- Tracking performance, ROI and insights as well as continuously improving results
- Managing CRM activity, supporting award entries and building PR relationships
- Protecting and evolving the TLC brand across local sales and marketing materials
Who we're looking for
- Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally demand generation or campaign management
- Confident localising global assets with a sharp eye for audience relevance
- Comfortable working with events, email, content and direct marketing
- Data‑driven, organised and confident juggling multiple priorities
- Commercially savvy, understands how marketing fuels sales
- Collaborative, proactive and eager to make things happen
- Familiar with CRM and marketing automation (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
