What you'll be doing

  • Owning and delivering a local B2B marketing strategy across online and offline channels
  • Localising global campaigns: tailoring messaging, channels and tactics for maximum impact
  • Creating and delivering local-first campaigns, from email and DM to events and sector activity
  • Driving demand through the funnel with personalised campaigns and nurture journeys
  • Leading TLC’s presence at relevant B2B events, before, during and after
  • Working closely with Sales and Telemarketing to convert engagement into opportunities
  • Tracking performance, ROI and insights as well as continuously improving results
  • Managing CRM activity, supporting award entries and building PR relationships
  • Protecting and evolving the TLC brand across local sales and marketing materials

Who we're looking for

  • Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally demand generation or campaign management
  • Confident localising global assets with a sharp eye for audience relevance
  • Comfortable working with events, email, content and direct marketing
  • Data‑driven, organised and confident juggling multiple priorities
  • Commercially savvy, understands how marketing fuels sales
  • Collaborative, proactive and eager to make things happen
  • Familiar with CRM and marketing automation (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
