What you'll be doing
- Sourcing, pitching and signing new brand partners across multiple sectors
- Managing and growing existing partner relationships
- Building your own pipeline through proactive outreach and negotiation
- Securing strong commercial deals aligned to TLC’s reward strategy
- Delivering partner‑led campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Client Services
- Leading and mentoring junior team members
- Optimising costs and driving profitability across agreements
- Spotting trends and partnership opportunities to fuel innovation
Who we're looking for
- Confident deal‑maker with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in partnership or brand partnerships roles
- Experience leading or supporting junior team members
- Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Commercially minded, relationship‑driven and solutions‑focused
- Positive, professional and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
