What you'll be doing

  • Sourcing, pitching and signing new brand partners across multiple sectors
  • Managing and growing existing partner relationships
  • Building your own pipeline through proactive outreach and negotiation
  • Securing strong commercial deals aligned to TLC’s reward strategy
  • Delivering partner‑led campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Client Services
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members
  • Optimising costs and driving profitability across agreements
  • Spotting trends and partnership opportunities to fuel innovation

Who we're looking for

  • Confident deal‑maker with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in partnership or brand partnerships roles
  • Experience leading or supporting junior team members
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Commercially minded, relationship‑driven and solutions‑focused
  • Positive, professional and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
