What you'll be doing

  • Be the first line of defence for IT issues, managing our service desk like a pro
  • Set up and manage user accounts, laptops, and printers
  • Administer DNS using GoDaddy and manage Zendesk campaigns
  • Support our remote teams with meeting room technology
  • Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and assist with various IT projects
  • Learn and master our in-house developed platform

Who we're looking for

  • Some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst
  • Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory, and Azure AD
  • Experience with Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF, and Zendesk administration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document your work clearly
  • Strong communication skills, including working with non-native English speakers
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions
  • Recent graduates with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply!
  • Microsoft and Apple certifications (desirable)
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) (desirable)
