You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, campaign success, and commercial growth by combining strategic relationship management with hands-on project execution. You must have experience in account management, campaign management, or customer success within a MarTech, digital marketing, or agency environment

What you'll be doing

Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients across assigned accounts, maintaining strong, consultative relationships
  • Understand client objectives, campaign KPIs, and business goals; co-develop strategies that align to these outcomes
  • Identify growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance client success
  • Partner with clients on campaign planning, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews

Campaign and Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery from client brief intake, kick-off, and planning through to execution, tracking, and post-campaign analysis
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Manage production timelines, approvals, and budget adherence, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget

CMS and Platform Management

  • Use and maintain TLC’s proprietary rewards and campaign management platform to build, update, and manage campaign microsites and landing pages
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to ensure campaign pages are visually engaging, user-friendly, and mobile-optimised
  • Conduct testing and UAT prior to launch to ensure accuracy and functionality across all devices

Data and Performance Insights

  • Monitor campaign performance via dashboards and analytics tools
  • Interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimisation
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and present these to clients regularly

Who we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, HubSpot, or proprietary equivalents
  • Understanding of digital marketing campaign mechanics and consumer engagement journeys
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret dashboards and campaign data to drive optimisation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across stakeholders and markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort speaking to senior client stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
