We're looking for talent who will cover the Philippines, Singapore and Australia
What you'll be doing
- Drive daily outbound to contacts and warm prospects via phone, email (Outlook), Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify, research and generate new opportunities within target accounts across our ideal client profiles including FMCG, QSR, Banking, Telco, and Digital Platforms.
- Keep your LinkedIn profile sharp, on-brand and build a network that maps to your target list.
- Learn and master new tools like Seamless, Apollo, and media platforms to uncover the right contacts.
- Qualify leads by understanding their challenges, objectives, timing and identify key decision-makers.
- Book high-quality meetings for our BD team, summarizing needs, potential value and next steps.
- Follow up and nurture leads from marketing initiatives (website, EDMs, blogs, events) to move them through the funnel.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics to manage outreach, track activities, and keep data accurate for reporting and forecasting.
- Stay consistent with follow-ups to increase conversion rates and build strong client relationships.
What we're looking for
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Tagalog) clear, concise, and persuasive.
- Ability to deliver a powerful elevator pitch and articulate TLC’s value with impact.
- Strong understanding of Philippine consumer and brand trends.
- Fast learner with research skills to quickly grasp industries, trends, and business models.
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results.
- Organised and detail-oriented with reliable follow-up and reporting habits.
- Tech-savvy: Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), Microsoft Teams, and similar tools.
- A team player with integrity, professionalism, positivity, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong working familiarity with Australian and/or Singaporean communication styles, able to adapt accordingly.
- Strong understanding of Australia, Philippines, and Singapore consumer trends and brand insights.
What success looks like
- Activity: Consistent outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Quality: Meetings booked with the right roles in target accounts.
- Conversion: Strong lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-brief ratios.
- CRM Hygiene: Complete and accurate data for reporting and forecasting.
- Collaboration: Sharing insights and feedback to refine messaging and targeting.
