Are you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and excited about the future of AI in training? Join our Learning & Development team as our Instructional Designer and help transform how our contact center employees learn through innovative, technology-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop engaging instructor-led and e-learning training programs
• Create AI-powered learning experiences, simulations, and interactive training content.
• Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and build effective solutions
• Manage instructional design projects from concept to implementation
• Develop multimedia learning materials using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360, videos, and other digital content
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) content deployment and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design
• BPO/Contact Center experience is highly preferred
• Experience using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Passion for creating innovative learning experiences and leveraging AI in training.
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup based in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City, with occasional travel to other Probe CX sites
