What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Leads by example, inspires, motivates and manages staff, strictly adhering to the companies’ guidelines and expectations.
  • Creates an environment oriented to trust, open communication and cohesive team effort.
  • Develops, trains, and supervises a team of Business Consultants to achieve sales (new acquisition), production and quality goals.
  • Drives daily sales activity & revenue through innovative leadership.
  • Sustains a high-level of motivation & engagement.
  • Collaborates with all levels of leadership.
  • Understands all aspects of sales reporting and tracking.
  • Maintains a consistent presence in the team area.
  • Supports agents with escalated calls and/or issues.
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of an environment that promotes recognition and reward of excellent performance.
  • Manages the daily activities (payroll, schedules, etc.) of consultants.
  • Maintains confidentiality, address personal and team issues sensitively and appropriately.
  • Conducts regular weekly team meetings and one on one coaching, incorporating feedback, training and motivational techniques, and tailor-made advice.
  • Escalates issues urgently, correctly and accurately and follows up unresolved cases.
  • Provides accurate and detailed monthly and weekly performance reports.
  • Supports company decisions and policies and effectively relay messages to co-workers.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience and leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive plans that lead to sales success.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Must thrive working in a dynamic, rapidly changing, and hyper-growth environment.
  • Works to achieve/exceed all goals, targets, and objectives with consideration to efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Background in a technology or digital marketing company preferred.
