Si usted es un profesional de Manufactura Esbelta y busca una oportunidad de crecer, ¡Copeland tiene una oportunidad emocionante para usted! Con sede en nuestra ubicación de Reynosa Tamps. Mx, conducirá y promoverá la cultura de mejora continua en todas las áreas de la organización, dando capacitación e implementando proyectos con el uso de las herramientas de manufactura esbelta a todos los niveles de la organización. Sus deberes y responsabilidades se completarán bajo la dirección del Gerente de Manufactura Esbelta.

COMO INGENIERO DE MANUFACTURA ESBELTA, USTED

• Administrar la base de datos de Manufactura esbelta
• Coordinaras juntas mensuales con las diferentes unidades de negocios y departamentos para revisar proyectos y dar el seguimiento adecuado.
• Elaboración/interpretación de dibujos/especificaciones
• Inventariar poka-yokes
• Medición de características criticas
• Monitoreo y Medición del proceso del producto
• Auditoria del uso adecuado de cada PY
• Establecimiento de tareas de mantenimiento a poka-yoke en EAM
• Tomar parte en el desarrollo de futuras implementaciones en PY
• Involucramiento activamente en todas las actividades del departamento de Per(x) como:
• Auditorias y Cursos de 5’s, Coordinación de Kaizen Eventos, TPM, SMED, Proyectos de Mejora Continua.
• Soporte a proyectos de Reducción de Costos y Proyectos de Inversión

Tienes habilidad para facilitar temas diversos y contribuir con el desarrollo de talento, proactivamente buscas la mejora continua innovando procesos, tienes actitud de servicio – enfoque al cliente, analizas y consideras diferentes recursos para tomar decisiones con calidad.

EDUCACIÓN, EXPERIENCIA Y HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS

• Licenciatura en ingeniería Industrial o algún departamento afín, más un mínimo de cinco (3) años de experiencia preferentemente, incluido el liderazgo, o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
• Fuertes habilidades en el uso de herramientas esbelta.
• Conocimiento en PLC, Neumática y AutoCAD.
• Automotivado con capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
• Autorización legal para trabajar en México: no se proporcionará patrocinio para este puesto.

Horario de trabajo

Lunes a viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 4:36 p.m.
