Analyse insurance submissions and assess technical and commercial risks Manage and grow a profitable underwriting portfolio autonomously Negotiate terms and conditions with brokers and key clients Identify and develop new opportunities within construction and engineering Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners Act as a technical reference and key point of contact Contribute actively to knowledge sharing within an expert team

Master's degree in engineering, architecture or construction-related field At least 4 years of experience in technical and/or construction insurance Fluent Dutch , good knowledge of French and English Strong understanding of technical risk assessment and underwriting Analytical mindset with solid commercial and negotiation skills Proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership
