About The Role

Workster is partnering with a leading BPO and technology partner to expand their German-speaking B2B Sales team. The client provides a cloud-based platform used by businesses to design, build and scale their online presence and digital products. We are looking for proactive, target-driven German-speaking B2B Sales Representatives to generate new business, grow existing accounts and deliver outstanding commercial results for enterprise and SMB customers.

Your Role

  • Identify, research and prospect potential B2B customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland via outbound calls, email and social selling.
  • Qualify leads, understand customers’ business needs and map the platform’s value to their objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature, including product demos and commercial proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Work closely with customer success, product and marketing teams to tailor offers and drive customer adoption.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect and client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Collect market and customer feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C1) and professional working proficiency in English (B2 or above).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS, digital products or platform solutions.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to articulate ROI and value propositions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Comfortable delivering online demos and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the role location as specified; flexibility for occasional travel within the DACH region.
