Croatian Customer Service Repesentative

About The Role
Workster is partnering with a fast-growing international technology company to expand its Croatian-speaking Customer Service Team. The client provides a widely used digital platform that helps individuals and businesses create and manage their online presence. We are looking for empathetic, solution-focused Croatian Customer Service Representatives to deliver outstanding support across multiple channels and help users get the most from the platform.
Your Role
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries via chat, email and phone in Croatian.
- Provide accurate, timely and friendly support for product, billing and account-related questions.
- Troubleshoot user issues on the platform, provide step-by-step guidance and propose solutions.
- Escalate complex or technical issues to relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
- Educate users about platform features and best practices to help them achieve their goals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collect and relay user feedback to product and development teams to improve the user experience.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to stay up to date with product updates and service standards.
Your Qualifications
- Native-level Croatian and professional working proficiency in English (B2 or above).
- At least 1 year of customer service or contact centre experience with a strong customer orientation (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Croatian and English.
- Experience with digital platforms, website builders, CMS or interest in digital marketing and web design is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Stable job history and professional approach to work.
