About The Role
Workster is partnering with a global technology-driven organization to recruit a B2B Operations & Sales Specialist to support the Spanish market. This role combines outbound sales, client relationship management, and operational support within a fast-growing digital platform environment focused on public and private sector procurement.
Your Role
- Proactively contact potential B2B clients via outbound calls, email, and online meetings
- Present digital sourcing and procurement solutions to decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, and follow-up
- Prepare and send commercial offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads and opportunities in CRM tools
- Meet monthly sales targets with structured ramp-up support
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing coaching to support performance
Your Qualifications
- Native-level Spanish and English at B2 level
- Previous experience in B2B sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confidence working with outbound sales and consultative selling
- Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Background in procurement, SaaS, or B2B platforms is a plus, but not required
