Team presentation The Operations Department, consisting of around 70 professionals, includes a team responsible for the financial management of investment funds (Fund Management), a team overseeing portfolio monitoring and financing activities (Portfolio Monitoring), and a Fund Administration team responsible for the operational and administrative management of funds and investment transactions, all under the supervision of the Head of Operations. The group manages over 140 funds across ten asset classes, including Venture, Growth, Healthcare, Private Funds, Private Debt, Small-Mid Buyout, Mid-Large Buyout, Infrastructure, and Real Estate. The internship position open within the Private Debt Management team. Responsibilities Monitoring the fund throughout its lifecycle, from inception to liquidation; Managing capital calls and distributions, including recording transactions in eFront; Preparing and reviewing accounting closings; Valuing investment funds; Drafting investor reports and annual reports; Calculating and monitoring investment ratio requirements; Managing relationships with the depositary, fund administrator/accounting provider, and external auditors.
