- During your first 6 months, you'll be based in our Manila office to immerse yourself in the team, the culture, and your role.
- After 6 months, you'll be eligible to request a hybrid arrangement of up to 2 days working from home each week, tailored to your role and team rhythm.

📌 What you’ll be doing day to day
You’ll own the early-stage conversations that spark growth — creating demand, qualifying interest, and teeing up high-quality meetings that convert into long-term success.
- 📞 Create momentum through outbound outreach across phone, email, and social platforms — turning curiosity into qualified conversations
- 🤝 Engage Managed Service Provider (MSP) prospects and introduce the Pax8 marketplace, partner program, and cloud services in a clear, compelling way
- 🗓️ Book quality meetings and appointments for Channel Account Managers and Cloud Solutions teams — focusing on fit, need, and timing
- 🔎 Qualify partner and end-customer needs at a high level and align them to the right next step (meeting, demo, presentation, or follow-up)
- 📈 Build and manage a healthy pipeline with consistent activity, structured follow-up, and clean notes in a customer relationship management (CRM) tool (e.g., Salesforce)
- 🎯 Deliver to clear monthly outcomes such as partner sign-ups, qualified opportunities, and meetings that progress through the funnel
- 🤝 Collaborate closely across teams including Microsoft-aligned motions and partner-facing sales groups to drive shared targets

- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, partner development, or a similar growth-focused role
- Confidence making high-volume outreach with a positive, professional, and persistent approach
- Ability to quickly understand needs and qualify fit — without overcomplicating the conversation
- Comfort using a CRM (such as Salesforce) to manage pipeline, activity, and follow-ups with great attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain value simply and clearly
- A coachable mindset: you like feedback, you test ideas, and you level up fast
- Professional fluency in English ; additional languages are always welcome
- Able to work onsite for the first 6 months , then transition into a hybrid setup
