Maintenance Repairman 2 – Carpentry

The Maintenance Repairman 2 will report to the Building Maintenance Foreman. This is a skilled journeyman in several trades in carpentry. Work involves proficiency in several trades. The MR 2 will perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the repair and maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment. Employees exercise technical independence in determining work methods and procedures and receive assignments orally or through written instructions. This role will receive work from technical or administrative superiors through inspections and discussions. This position has no direct reports. To be successful in this position, have a strong work ethic and high standards to perform quality work.
