We are seeking a highly sophisticated Business Development Manager (Enterprise) to lead our market expansion in Malaysia.
This is a prestigious, high-visibility role designed for a mature commercial strategist. Instead of just managing static accounts, you will leverage your existing enterprise network to introduce Iron Mountain’s comprehensive hybrid solutions portfolio (spanning end-to-end Records and Information Management, information governance, and cloud optimization) to Malaysia's leading conglomerates. You will be backed by a strong global brand, robust infrastructure, and an elite regional growth team.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Market Expansion: Map out and execute targeted commercial strategies to introduce Iron Mountain's comprehensive physical and digital solutions suite to net-new enterprise logos across Malaysia.
- Hybrid Portfolio Advisory: Consult with C-level executives to optimize their complete information lifecycle, from secure physical archiving and information governance to lifecycle digitization and automated workflows.
- C-Suite Insight Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level executives, conducting high-level business value assessments to challenge legacy information management frameworks and introduce modern efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Enterprise Matrix Collaboration: Orchestrate internal regional APAC teams (Solutions Architects, Operations, Legal, Pricing) and channel partners to successfully navigate long-cycle corporate procurement.
- Commercial Architecture: Lead end-to-end high-value RFP processes, structuring sophisticated SLAs and commercial pricing models that maximize long-term business value and corporate risk compliance.
What You’ll Bring
- Market Heritage: 5+ years of successful B2B enterprise sales or corporate business development experience within a global MNC environment (Technology, Global Logistics, Information Management, or Consulting).
- Established Local Ecosystem: A deep, active, and verified professional network within major Malaysian corporate verticals (FSI, Government-Linked Companies [GLCs], Manufacturing, or Conglomerates).
- Consultative Mastery: Proven expertise in value-based or insight-driven sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN, or Target Account Selling) with the ability to navigate complex, multi-layered stakeholder environments.
- Commercial Gravitas: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the corporate presence required to comfortably influence C-level decision-makers and explain the business case for complete information lifecycle management.
- Academic/Professional Grounding: A 4-year College Degree or equivalent real-world corporate track record.
