Administrative Supervisor - LC/SM - Medical Surgical - MHCF

Essential Functions Demonstrate leadership and commitment by promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking. Engage, direct, and support persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system. Serve as an administrative and clinical resource during the assigned shift. Provide an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion and respect for all patients, families, and visitors. Responsible for reporting all quality concerns to the Director or Administrator on call for immediate action. Required Education/Experience Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program Must possess a valid South Carolina or compact (multi-state) RN license. This position requires an active Basic Life Support certification, as well as additional certifications per unit requirements.
