In Greece, we conduct business through EDPS , which is one of the leading FINTECH companies in the country, specializing in Payments Processing and Advanced Payment Solutions. Our goal is to be the go-to solution for large retailers across all sectors and offer cutting edge technology to accept and process electronic payments on both physical location (POS) and eCommerce environments.

What you’ll own

• Provide routine support to Sales, during various phases of the sales cycle, to achieve stated revenue and/or market share growth strategies by gathering data for proposal materials for prospective clients, potentially participating in preliminary call activities, presentation preparation, compiling of collateral material, and/or meeting preparation/follow-up.
• Maintain solid files with contracts by ensuring they are signed in a timely manner. Create reports and report updates related to prospective clients by gathering necessary data as directed.
• Create presentations for internal/external executives, and/or clients and potentially attends meetings where such materials are presented.
• Serving as a single point of contact for assigned sales professionals
• Responding to additional information from merchants
• Setting up meetings with targeted referral partners
• Other duties as assigned

• What you’ll bring

• Minimum secondary education. A university degree is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support
• Advanced computer skills, especially MS Word, MS Excel
• Fluency in Greek and English: Excellent written and spoken skills in both languages
• Ability to work within a team
• Customer-oriented approach
• Highly self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
