Role Summary
With the launch of PTC Korea's new Customer Experience Center (CXC), we are looking for a proactive professional to be the "face and anchor" of our Seoul office. This role is a 50/50 blend of premium VIP Hosting and Office Operations.
You will ensure our high-touch customer center and the overall office environment remain business-ready, creating a seamless experience for both our executive guests and internal team.
Key Responsibilities
You will focus on two core pillars
- CXC Operation & Executive Hosting
- VIP Experience: Serve as the main host for executive-level customers and partners, ensuring a premium, high-touch experience during their visits.
- Space Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation and bookings of the CXC, maintaining global standards in collaboration with our HQ team.
- Event Support: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and PR teams to support on-site logistics for key customer programs and corporate events.
- Office Operations & Workplace Experience
- Workplace Management: Maintain a professional and pleasant office environment, managing facility upkeep and vendor relations.
- Corporate Administration: Manage core office operations, including essential corporate documentation, workplace supplies, and employee onboarding/offboarding setup.
- Operational Liaison: Handle front-office correspondence (visitor access, inquiries) and support routine business reporting.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in office administration, customer support, hospitality, or event coordination (ideally in a multinational environment).
- Natural confidence and professionalism in hosting executive-level clients and partners.
- Highly organized with a proactive mindset to manage workplace needs independently.
- Fluent in Korean with clear, working-level English for collaboration with Global HQ.
- Available for on-site work from the Seoul office at least 4 days per week.
