Personal Injury Treatment Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring patients receive consistent and timely medical treatment by coordinating communication between medical providers, legal teams, and patients.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and follow up consistently
• High level of attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable interacting with medical providers, legal teams, and patients
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in personal injury case management or related legal support roles
• Background in medical scheduling, patient coordination, or healthcare administration
• Previous experience working in a law firm or medical office environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems or healthcare coordination platforms

Responsibilities

• Call and confirm patient appointments with medical providers
• Email and follow up with clinics regarding appointment status updates
• Coordinate with law firms and case managers to ensure patients are scheduling and attending treatment.
• Help prevent gaps in treatment by monitoring patient follow-up care.
• Organize and update patient treatment information within the Hando Health platform.
• Communicate professionally with medical offices, law firms, and patients when needed.
