About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Case Manager to oversee Personal Injury cases and ensure a smooth process from intake through resolution. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail while working with clients, providers, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and case requirements
  • Develop and manage individualized case plans
  • Maintain communication with clients, providers, and stakeholders
  • Monitor case progress and provide consistent follow-ups
  • Coordinate appointments, referrals, and services
  • Maintain accurate and updated case documentation
  • Track deadlines, treatments, and legal/medical milestones
  • Advocate for client needs and ensure timely support
  • Prepare reports and case summaries
  • Ensure smooth coordination between all involved parties

Requirements

  • Personal Injury experience (required)
  • Experience working with U.S. law firms (required)
  • Near-native / C2 English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with legal/medical/insurance processes
  • Experience managing case files and documentation
  • Familiarity with systems such as Casepeer, Filevine, Clio, or similar (preferred)
