About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Case Manager to oversee Personal Injury cases and ensure a smooth process from intake through resolution. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail while working with clients, providers, and legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and case requirements
- Develop and manage individualized case plans
- Maintain communication with clients, providers, and stakeholders
- Monitor case progress and provide consistent follow-ups
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and services
- Maintain accurate and updated case documentation
- Track deadlines, treatments, and legal/medical milestones
- Advocate for client needs and ensure timely support
- Prepare reports and case summaries
- Ensure smooth coordination between all involved parties
Requirements
- Personal Injury experience (required)
- Experience working with U.S. law firms (required)
- Near-native / C2 English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with legal/medical/insurance processes
- Experience managing case files and documentation
- Familiarity with systems such as Casepeer, Filevine, Clio, or similar (preferred)
