CHINESE SPEAKING TRAINEE - REGENT PHU QUOC

• Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under the supervision of line managers
• Assist in communicating with Chinese-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience
• Provide basic translation or interpretation between Chinese and English/Vietnamese when required
• Support guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a polite and professional manner
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, guest lists, or operational documents
• Participate in departmental training sessions and daily briefings
• Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or department heads

Requirements

• Current student or fresh graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) ; basic English communication is required
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced service environment
• Available for internship/training for the required period
