Lead Product Designer Canada (Remote)

We're looking for someone who will own product design end to end and set the visual and UX bar as we scale. If you want real ownership and work that actually ships, keep reading. If your last job had a lot of committee meetings before anything got decided, this will feel very different.

What you'll own

• Design key product features from first wireframe to engineering handoff
• Own and evolve our design system
• Run user research: interviews, usability tests, analytics
• Bring AI tools into your workflow daily, not occasionally
• Set the visual and UX standard across the product

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS
• Strong Figma skills, portfolio required
• Active working knowledge of AI design tools: Figma AI, Galileo, Claude, or similar
• Master-level experience using AI tools in a professional setting
• Solid grasp of user research methods
• Experience with a design system
• Business professional English
• EST or CST timezone overlap required

• Compensation: $25 to $35/hr USD
