HR Generalist

This role aligns Hansen’s people strategy with our business strategy. The HR Generalist – Americas will provide comprehensive HR support across the U.S., Canada, South Africa and Argentina, managing employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, compliance, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee relations. This role serves as a key liaison between employees, managers, and external HR service providers (Paychex PEO, Baker Tilly, etc.), ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices across regions. Working closely with key stakeholders, the HR Generalist will be key in supporting HR operational elements as well as supporting and executing the global HR strategy within Hansen business units. As part of a global HR function, you will also be part of global initiatives and work on projects and other HR related requirements.
