About The Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Human Resources Business Operations Specialist, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. The Sr. Human Resources Business Operations Specialist partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR leadership and the Public Affairs and Marketing team to develop and implement integrated HR communications strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain both existing and future teammates. In support of Texas Children's mission to create a healthier future for children and women throughout our global community, the HR team endeavors to be the employer of choice by empowering our people by cultivating a culture of excellence, trust and well-being so that every team member can deliver exceptional care to every patient, every day. This role will play a crucial part in fostering effective, two-way communication (proactive and reactive) about HR programs and services to support teammates across the organization.
