About The Role
Job Shift: Rotate Job Type: Per Diem The Registered Respiratory Therapist assess, treat, and cares for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. Evaluate, monitor, and rehab lung function across all age groups, from newborns to the elderly.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), if employee was credentialed by the NBRC on or after July 1, 2002, they must participate in the Credential Maintenance Program to maintain your NBRC credentials. Credentials awarded prior to July 1, 2002, are not subject to the Credential Maintenance Program Graduate of a two (2) year AMA approved Respiratory Care Program Required Associate’s degree in respiratory therapy Other Qualifications: Must be licensed by the State of Florida Department of Professional Regulations and have current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS & PALS Therapists working in NICU must have a current NRP certification Minimum requirements: A minimum of two (1) year post-graduate clinical experience in Respiratory Care procedures #LI-RR1
