IR Tech III

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. Responsible for performing radiographic procedures in accordance with prescribed radiation safety standards. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of radiology PREFERRED EDUCATION: NA MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 or more years hospital experience. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Cardiac Cath Lab or Special Procedures REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State registration and ARRT PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Certification in Specialty REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire #LI-AG1
