About The Role

Job Summary The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care. Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice while supporting patient goals. Ensures safety guidelines and work practices. Directs patient care, participates in hourly rounding and supervision of healthcare team members. Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility.

Special Skills We are seeking enthusiastic new graduate nurses who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential. Candidates should be prepared to adapt to a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure. Demonstrates excellent customer service and basic computer skills. Minimum Requirements Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school Certifications: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona BLS required at hire ACLS required within 30-days.
